PARTICIPANT HIGHLIGHT – Leah Feuerman – 2016 PROGRAM
This summer, talented undergraduates from across the nation have been conducting research with faculty in the University of Georgia College of Engineering. Our Nanotechnology and Biomedicine Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) program, funded by the National Science Foundation, attracted amazing students like Leah Feuerman of Occidental College. Leah is working with Drs. Zion Tse and Mable Fok on an origami-inspired endoscope for minimally-invasive surgery.
