The device, a cell enrichment microfluidic chip, would allow doctors to monitor a patient\u2019s blood for circulating tumor cells, or CTC\u2019s. The con<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">centration of CTC\u2019s in the bloodstream is believed to be an important indicator of cancer progression and metastasis.
