Juhi Mancha, a third-year biological engineering student, took advantage of our Nanotechnology and Biomedicine REU program this summer to help develop an antibacterial biomaterial that uses nitric oxide to promote wound healing.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I decided to major in biological engineering because I fell in love with my science classes and the College of Engineering at UGA.
